Infuses to a light green color, and stays very smooth through 3-4 infusions. The taste displays amami (sweetness) with slightly nutty and herbaceous notes.

Ureshino has a long history of tea growing in Japan going back over 500 years, with techniques brought from China. It is also famous for natural hot springs.
